By accessing this website or purchasing services from Social Savvy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Social Savvy provides social media management services, including but not limited to content creation, scheduling, strategy, and account optimization.

2. Bookings & Payments

Clients may request services by email or through our online booking platform. All services must be paid in full prior to the start of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellations & Termination

  • Month-to-Month Packages: Clients may cancel services at any time by providing a 30-day written notice. Failure to provide notice will result in continued billing for the next month.

  • Fixed-Term Contracts (6 months, 1 year, etc.): These contracts are binding for the full term. Cancellation or termination before the end of the contract period is not permitted unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and time invested in strategy, content creation, and client communication, Social Savvy does not offer refunds on any services rendered.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality results, but Social Savvy is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or growth.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
